Tournaments

 
There are many youth flag football tournaments held every year regionally and nationally. The league will post tournaments on this site as they are announced. The NFL runs the National tournament of Champions every year, this years Tournament of Champions will be held in Miami before the Pro Bowl. To qualify a team needs to enter and win a regional tournament which is typically held every October/November in the New England area. The other major tournament of the year is the "Football Festival" held at Gillette stadium which is typically in June.

 
The league will also organize the "Championship series" tournament between the champions from each town to see who will be crowned Champions of Champions. In 2009 the Championship series invite was extend to other New England leagues such as CT and NH giving our own North Shore championship teams a chance to play aganist other Championship teams. The league will also organize all-star teams from each town/city to compete in tournaments thoughout the year.

New England Championship Series

Location: Manning Stadium, Lynn, MA

Date: June

Cost: $150 (per team, max roster 10 players)

Age groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17

Invitation: NFL FLAG League Championship teams only (no All-star teams, no players added to regular season roster)

NSFFL "Football Festival"

Location: TBA

Date: June

Cost: $295 (per team, max roster 10 players)

Age groups: 6-8, 9-11, 12-14 boys, 12-14 girls, 15-17
